Texas Instruments TMP20 Analog Output Temperature Sensor

Texas Instruments TMP20 analog output temperature sensor is a precision CMOS device available in the tiny SOT563 package. The TI TMP20 temperature sensor features ±2.5ºC accuracy from -55ºC to +130ºC on a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V with a supply current of 4µA. Operation as low as 1.8V is possible for temperatures between +15º C and +130º C. The Texas Instruments TMP20 analog output temperature sensor is ideal for use in cell phones, desktop/notebook computers, portable devices, and more.
