Texas Instruments TPS53832 Integrated Step-Down Digital Converters

Texas Instruments TPS53832 Integrated Step-Down Digital Converters are D-CAP+™ mode integrated step-down converters for DDR5 on-DIMM power supply. The TPS53832 features VDD, VDDQ, and VPP voltages to the DRAM chips on the DIMM module with configurable current capability.

The TI TPS53832 Integrated Step-Down Digital Converters offers a high-current rail able to configure to 2-phase or two outputs to supply up to 7A (or 3.5A + 3.5A) current with D-CAP+™ mode control.

The TPS53832 has internal compensation, reducing external components and providing ease of use. The TPS53832 converters support a full set of telemetry, including input voltage, output voltage, output current, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent limit, and over-temperature protection.

The TPS53832 is available in a thermally-enhanced 35-pin QFN with an operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
