Texas Instruments TPS7A5x/TPS7A5x-Q1 High-Accuracy Low-Noise LDO Voltage Regulators offer versatility with exceptional transient performance and low-output voltage operation providing optimal system performance. The TPS7A5x/TPS7A5x-Q1 Regulators limit power-supply-generated phase noise and clock jitter achieving high-performance ideal for powering RF amplifiers, radar sensors, and chipsets. RF amplifiers gain the most from the high-performance and 5.0V output capability of the TPS7A5x/TPS7A5x-Q1 Regulators. Additionally, the device is an excellent choice to power noise-sensitive components in radar power and infotainment applications with the combination of low-noise, high-PSRR, and high-output current capabilities. The Texas Instruments TPS7A5x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
