Toshiba TLP5794H Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP5794H Photocouplers consist of an infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain and high-speed photodetector IC chip. These photocouplers in a 6-pin SO6L package provide better performance at temperatures up to 125°C. The TLP5794H photocouplers are physically smaller/thinner than the one in an 8-pin DIP package and are compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. These photocouplers feature buffer logic type (totem pole output) and operate at a supply voltage range of 15V to 30V. An internal noise shield provides a common-mode transient immunity of ±50kV/µs. The TLP5794H photocouplers provide a smaller footprint solution for applications that require safety standard certification. These photocouplers are ideal for Photovoltaic (PV) power conditioning systems, industrial inverters, induction cooktops and home appliances, IGBT gate drivers, and power MOSFET gate drivers.
