Trenz Electronic TE0841-03-41I31-A Micromodule

Trenz Electronic TE0841-03-41I31-A Micromodule is an FPGA module integrating an AMD Kintex™ UltraScale™ KU40, 2GB DDR4, and 64MB QSPI flash for configuration and operation. This micromodule provides large number of configurable I/O's via rugged high-speed stacking strips. The micromodule offers powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. This micromodule comes in a 4cm x 5cm form factor and is fully mechanically and largely electrically compatible among each other.
