TT Electronics LED Backlit Capacitive Switch Modules
TT Electronics LED-Backlit Capacitive Switch Modules offer capacitive switching and multi-color backlighting in an off-the-shelf component for OEM control panel designers. Suitable for mounting into panel thicknesses of up to 7mm and 11mm, the capacitive switch modules are available in 20mm and 35mm diameter versions. Combining the benefits of capacitive switching with multi-color, area-specific backlighting, the full RGB LED illumination offers a high-brightness user touch area with high uniformity of illumination.
The solid-state Capacitive Switch Modules operate from a supply voltage of 6V to 28VDC and are offered in momentary and latching versions, with a maximum output of 40mA. The LED-Backlit Capacitive switches operate over a temperature range from 0°V to +50°C. The 35mm version offers adjustable low, medium, and high touch sensitivity to suit a wide variety of Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications.
