Vishay Semiconductors VSMA1085 / VSMA1094 Infrared (IR) Emitting Diodes are a part of the SurfLight™ portfolio and offer 850nm or 940nm centroid wavelength options. These diodes feature a double-stack emitter chip for high radiant power. The 42mil chip size allows for 1.5A DC operation and supports pulsed currents up to 5A. The modules are available in a high-power SMD package form with a lens and a surface-mount design with a 3.4mm x 3.4mm footprint. Height options include 1.8mm, 2.45mm, and 2.9mm. Vishay Semiconductors VSMA1085 / VSMA1094 IR Emitting Diodes provide low thermal resistance and are suitable for lead-free reflow soldering.Features
