Vishay Semiconductors VS-VSUD5xCW60 FRED Pt® Ultrafast Soft Recovery Diode Modules are optimized to reduce losses and EMI/RFI in high-frequency power conditioning systems. These modules offer 500A forward current (IF(AV)), 600V breakdown voltage, and reduced snubbing. The VS-VSUD5xCW60 diode modules are RoHS-compliant and are available in the TO-244 package.
