NXP Semiconductors S32M276SFFRD Reference Design Board
NXP Semiconductors S32M276SFFRD Reference Design Board is engineered for automotive and PMSM motor control applications. The board is based on the S32M276 integrated solution that combines a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M7 S32K3 microcontroller and an analog die with a voltage regulator, gate driver, and current sensing in a system-in-package (SiP) design. The NXP board is designed to demonstrate BOM and PCB size reduction. With a less than 2" diameter (5cm diameter), the boards can drive BLDC/PMSM motor control applications. The S32M276SFFRD delivers UART, CAN/CAN FD (using internal PHY), RGB LED, a JTAG 10-pin connector, and a fast-on connector for the power supply and 3-phase motors.
