onsemi NCV51152 Evaluation Boards feature the NCP/V51152 family of isolated single-channel gate drivers, capable of delivering 4.5A source and 9A sink peak currents. These onsemi drivers are optimized for fast switching and are ideal for driving power MOSFETs and SiC MOSFETs. The NCP/V51152 series offers precise propagation delays, with the "xA" variant providing split outputs for independent rise and fall time control and the "xB" variant featuring an actual under-voltage lockout (UVLO) referenced to GND2. Packaged in a compact 4mm SOIC-8, the drivers support up to 3.75kVRMS isolation voltage, with built-in protection functions like independent UVLO for both sides of the driver.Features
