GaAIAs Infrared Emitting Diode

GaAIAs infrared emitting diode features a hermetically sealed package. This diode is ideal for applications such as non-contact reflecting object sensing, assembly line automation, machine automation, machine safety, end-of-travel sensing, and door sensing.

Hallogic Hall-effect Sensors

Hallogic Hall-effect sensors are virtually immune to environmental contaminants and TID radiation levels with ELDRS. These sensors are smaller than conventional emitter-detector pairs and easily fit into areas with small size constraints. The modules are rugged and suitable for use under severe service conditions.

Even in the toughest environments, the sensors exhibit excellent magnetic sensitivity to provide reliable, repetitive operations in close tolerance applications. These devices are ideal for DC motor, automotive, robotic, and heavy machinery sensing applications, as well as any application in a harsh environment where optoelectronic devices are unsuitable.

Optically Coupled Isolators

Optically coupled isolators offer high reliability and components processed to OPTEK's military screening program. The surface-mount leadless chip carrier (LLC) offers high voltage isolation between input and output and consists of an infrared emitting diode and a NPN silicon phototransistor, which are hermetically sealed. These devices are optically coupled to MIL-PRF-19500 and designed for military applications and harsh environments.

NPN and PNP Transistors

NPN/PNP transistors are available in a hermetically sealed surface-mount ceramic package. These high-reliability transistors are ideal for designs where board space and device weight are important design considerations.
