Panasonic Industrial Devices AQZ20xG High Capacity PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQZ20xG High Capacity PhotoMOS® are relays offered in a slim SIL 4-pin package (21.0mm x 3.5mm x 12.5mm), enabling high-density mounting. The compact AQZ20xG series features a space-saving design, a low on-resistance of <0.015Ω typical, a high sensitivity of 1mA typical, and a low off-state leakage current of 10µA maximum. These high-capacity relays can switch a wide range of currents and voltages while controlling various types of loads, from small to 6A maximum AC/DC current for sequencers, motors, and lamps. The Panasonic AQZ20xG High Capacity PhotoMOS product line features an extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage, enabling control of low-level analog signals without distortion.
