Renesas Electronics RA4M1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group

Renesas Electronics RA4M1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group features an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, with an integrated Segment LCD Controller and a Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit (CTSU) input for supporting intensive Human Machine Interface (HMI) designs. The RA4M1 MCU Group is built on a highly efficient low-power process. It is supported by the open and flexible ecosystem, the Flexible Software Package (FSP), which is built on FreeRTOS and is expandable to utilize other real-time operating systems (RTOS) and middleware. The RA4M1 MCUs are suitable for applications that require multiple capacitive touch channels and a segment LCD controller.
