Renesas Electronics RA4W1 32-Bit Microcontroller
Renesas Electronics RA4W1 32-Bit Microcontroller, based on a 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, features integrated BLUETOOTH® 5.0 Low Energy (BLE) making it an ideal choice for low-power IoT devices. An on-chip Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit (CTSU) and a Segment LCD Controller (SLCDC) enable simple integration into Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications. Additional features include 512KB code flash memory, 96KB SRAM, 14-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, and a USB 2.0 Full-Speed (USBFS) module. The RA4W1 is built on a highly efficient 40nm process and is supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept, called Flexible Software Package (FSP), using FreeRTOS as a base. The RA4W1 is geared towards IoT applications requiring security, large embedded RAM, and low power consumption.
The RA4W1 MCU is offered in a 7mm x 7mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package, with a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
