ROHM Semiconductor Ultra-Low Iq Buck Converter

ROHM Ultra-Low Iq Buck Converter features 180nA quiescent current and supports output current up to 500mA. The Constant On-Time (COT) control with Ultra Low Power (ULP) mode provides superior transient response and extends battery life by providing excellent light load efficiency. The converter features Nano Energy™, good power output, and 100% ON mode for low input voltage. Typical applications include smoke-detector, thermostats, portable devices, wearable devices, energy harvesting, and low-Iq applications without a standby switcher.
