STMicroelectronics ACST310-8B Overvoltage Protected AC Switches
STMicroelectronics ACST310-8B Overvoltage Protected AC Switches are built with A.S.D.® (application-specific discrete) technology. The ACST310-8B are high-performance devices suited for home or industrial systems applications. This ACST310-8B switches drive loads up to 3A and has an embedded triac structure with a high voltage clamping device. The ACST310-8B switches clamping device can absorb the inductive turn-off energy and withstand line transients like those described in the IEC 61000-4-5 standard. These overvoltage protected AC switches feature microcontroller direct driven, three quadrants (Q1, Q2, and Q3), and AC switches with self-overvoltage protection. The ACST310-8B switches are suitable for AC static switching in appliances, industrial control systems, small home appliances, lighting, and fan speed controllers.Features
