Texas Instruments TPS2663-166EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS2663-166EVM Evaluation Module enables evaluation of the TPS26633 and TPS16630 eFuses. The TPS26633 is a 4.5V to 60V, 6A eFuse with overvoltage, under-voltage, short-circuit and reverse current blocking protection. The TPS16630 is 4.5V to 60V, 6A eFuse with overvoltage, under-voltage, and short-circuit protection. The TPS26633 and TPS16630 eFuses feature an integrated 31mOhm FET and are available in a PWP package.
The Texas Instruments TPS2663-166EVM Evaluation Module has two channels, CH1 and CH2. CH1 is used with the TPS26633 eFuse, whereas CH2 is used with the TPS16630 eFuse.
