MR3A16A 8MB 16-Bit I/O Parallel Interface MRAM

Everspin Technologies MR3A16A 8MB 16-Bit I/O Parallel Interface Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) modules are 8,388,608-bit MRAM devices organized as 524,288 words of 16 bits. The MR3A16A series features SRAM-compatible 35ns read/write timing with unlimited endurance. Data is always nonvolatile for >20 years and is automatically protected. The modules are available in a 48-pin ball grid array (BGA) package with a small footprint and a 54-pin thin small outline package (TSOP Type 2). Both package types are compatible with similar low-power SRAM products and nonvolatile RAM products. Everspin MR3A16A MRAM devices provide highly reliable data storage over various temperatures. The series offers an ideal memory solution for applications that permanently store and quickly retrieve critical data and programs.
