24AA1026, 24LC1026, 24FC1026 1024K Serial EEPROMs

Microchip Technology 24AA1026, 24LC1026, and 24FC1026 1024K Serial EEPROMs are organized as one 128K x 8-bit memory with a two-wire, I2C compatible serial interface. The 24AA1026, 24LC1026, and 24FC1026 EEPROMs are optimized for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. These devices have both byte write and page write capability of up to 128 bytes of data.
