ANNA-B5 Stand-Alone Bluetooth® LE Modules

u-blox ANNA-B5 Stand-Alone BLUETOOTH^® LE Modules are ultra-compact, high-performance, stand-alone BLUETOOTH^® LE wireless MCU modules designed for size-constrained applications. These modules are built on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF54L15 wireless SoC, combining strong processing, modern security, and multi-protocol support. The ANNA-B5 modules offer a choice between full open-CPU control and fast AT-command integration, making it easy to build future-ready, secure, and scalable IoT products. These modules feature an embedded Arm^® Cortex^®-M33 microcontroller, 1.524MB non-volatile memory, and 256kB RAM, and state-of-the-art power performance.
