JN5189/88 High-Performance & Ultra-Low-Power MCUs

NXP Semiconductors JN5189/88 High-Performance and Ultra-Low-Power Microcontrollers (MCUs) are designed to power the next generation of low-current wireless devices, supporting Zigbee® 3.0, Thread, and IEEE 802.15.4. The low-power modes and ultra-low TX and RX power consumption enable a longer battery life in devices powered by the JN5189/88. These MCUs offer -100dBm RX sensitivity and up to +11dBm TX output power for reliable and robust communications performance. An Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU powers the JN5189/88 modules and can run up to 640KB onboard flash and 152KB SRAM. This internal memory provides enough room and flexibility for complex applications and over-the-air (OTA) upgrade capability without external memory.
