Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX11253 16-Bit Delta-Sigma ADC
Analog Devices MAX11253 16-Bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is a 6-channel, 16-bit delta-sigma ADC that performs exceptionally while consuming low power. Sample rates up to 64ksps allow precision DC measurements. The Analog Devices MAX11253 communicates via an SPI serial interface and is available in a small (5mm x 5mm) TQFN package. The Analog Devices MAX11253 offers a 6.2nV/ noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gain settings from 1x to 128x. The integrated PGA isolates the signal inputs from the switched capacitor sampling network. The PGA also enables the MAX11253 to interface directly with high-impedance sources without compromising the available dynamic range.
