STMicroelectronics STEVAL-AETKT4V1 Evaluation Kit

STMicroelectronics STEVAL-AETKT4V1 Evaluation Kit incorporates bidirectional current sense amplifiers and includes a motherboard and three daughter boards designed for specific gain configurations. The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-AET041V1B motherboard supports interchangeable daughter boards for different gains. The STEVAL-AET042V1B features a TSC2020 amplifier with a gain of 20. The STEVAL-AET043V1B includes a TSC2021 amplifier with a gain of 50. The STEVAL-AET044V1B uses a TSC2022 amplifier with a gain of 100. The TSC202x family of current sense amplifiers accurately measures current by amplifying the voltage across a shunt resistor at its input. It uses a zero-drift topology to achieve a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of at least 100dB and a low input offset voltage of 200µV, even at a common-mode voltage of 12V and over temperature. The TSC202x ensures precise gain and excellent CMRR performance, even at high frequencies, thanks to thin-film resistors. Additionally, the amplifier can be configured for unidirectional or bidirectional current sensing by setting the output common-mode voltage. A built-in system optimizes PWM rejection, minimizing the effects of fast common-mode voltage variations on the output signal.
