STMicroelectronics Power Bipolar Transistors and IGBTs are a large portfolio of standard power bipolar transistors. These transistors are manufactured with planar, base-island, diffused collector, and double-metal process technologies, providing high current gain characteristics. 

The range includes NPN and PNP Darlington transistors and bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) with high hFE and low V_CE(sat) and VCES ranging from 15 to 1500V and IC from 1.5 to 25 A. STMicroelectronics SCRs and TRIACs portfolio are an improvement of the 150°C junction temperature with benefits for applications with solid-state switches.
