Monitoring Standard MCU 3.3V
The standard MCU working at 3.3V, RP300 is suitable to monitor the MCU.
• 5 options for detection voltage (2.63V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 2.93V and 3.08V)
• High detection accuracy ±0.8%
• Output delay time is set by internal counter => external capacitor less
• 2 package types (SOT-23-5, DFN(PLP)1010-4B)
High Voltage
There are two unique features for voltage detectors: one is a high input voltage and the other is a stable voltage monitor. A stable voltage monitor can be realized by using a SENSE pin on the IC. The devices support an operating voltage up to 60V and detection voltage up to 36V. The parts can detect high voltage directly, and therefore reduce the voltage divider. Separating detection pin (SENSE pin) from power supply achieves stable operation.

Window Voltage Detector
The window voltage detector monitors overvoltage and undervoltage to make sure the power supply is stable. The detection accuracy is high ±0.5%(Ta=25℃), and the SENSE pin is optional. The window voltage detector contributes to functional safety.
Composite Product
Nisshinbo also has 1-chip solutions, like a voltage detector with a watchdog timer monitoring the MCU clock or a voltage detector with a voltage regulator. These solutions support various applications.
