Panasonic Electronic Components EZJP-M Multilayer Varistors

Panasonic EZJP-M Multilayer Varistors offer excellent ESD suppression due to original advanced material technology. These multilayer varistors feature no polarity (bipolar) and can replace two Zener diodes and one capacitor. The lead-free plating terminal electrodes offer great solderability. Panasonic EZJP-M varistors have large electro-static resistance and meet IEC61000-4-2, ISO10605, and level 4 standards. These varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include engine electronic control unit (ECU), communication line, audio navigation, LED light, and control software.
