ROHM Semiconductor SML-D14 Automotive LEDs
ROHM Semiconductor SML-D14 Automotive LEDs series includes AEC-Q101 qualified, standard SMD LEDs based on original device technology. The original device technology enables the SML-D14 LEDs to provide high brightness and reliability across the 571nm-630nm wavelength. Constructed with an AIGaInP chip structure and a tinted/diffused lens, SML-D14 LEDs are available in yellow, yellow-green, orange, and red. Luminous intensity ratings range from 60mcd to 200mcd. The LEDs operate with a typical 20mA forward current, 2V forward voltage, and 75mW power dissipation in a mini-mold, 1608 package across a -40 to 100°C temperature range.Features
