u-blox BMD-380 Evaluation Board

u-blox BMD-380 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the BMD-380 BLUETOOTH® module. This BMD-380 module is a small form factor, advanced, highly flexible, and ultra-low power multiprotocol System on Module (SoM). This module enables Bluetooth 5 low energy and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread and Zigbee®) connectivity for portable and extremely low-power embedded systems. The BMD-380 board provides a complete I/O pinout to headers, 32.768kHz crystal, power and virtual COM port over USB, and 64Mb quad SPI flash. This evaluation board also provides the option to be powered from a CR2032 coin cell or LiPo battery through a JST-PH connector.

The BMD-380 evaluation board is designed with Arduino Mega-style headers that provide easy prototyping of additional functions. This board includes the BMD-345 evaluation board, micro-USB cable, and NFC antenna. The BMD-380 evaluation board supports programming off-board u-blox modules based on Nordic Semiconductor nRF5 SoCs. It is available in 10mm x 56mm dimensions.
