Qorvo QPL9547EVB-01 Evaluation Board

Qorvo QPL9547EVB-01 Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPL9547 Ultra Low-Noise LNA. The QPL9547 is a high-linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier with a 0.1GHz to 6.0GHz frequency range, optimized for 5G Massive MIMO applications. At 1.9GHz, the LNA typically provides 19.5dB gain, +39 dBm OIP3 at a 65mA bias setting, and a noise figure of 0.3dB. The QPL9547 LNA is bias adjustable and can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3V to 5.0V. 

The QPF4010EVB1 Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted Qorvo QPL9547 in a 2.0mm x 2.0mm DFN8 package, along with test points that provide access to key pin signals. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
