ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22660 4-Channel Speech Synthesis LSI

ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22660 4-Channel Mixing Speech Synthesis LSI (Large Scale Integration) is designed to easily add high-quality voice functionality to virtually any application. The ML22660 features HQ-ADPCM compression technology, a 16-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC), and a low-pass filter for achieving high sound quality, along with an integrated 1.0W monaural speaker amp that enables direct speaker drive. The ROHM Semiconductor ML22660 also integrates a serial flash memory interface, which supports up to 128MB of serial flash memory for longer playback.

The ROHM Semiconductor ML22660 Speech Synthesis LSI is offered in a TQFP32 package, with a wide -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
