ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22Q53x 4-Channel Speech Synthesis LSIs

ROHM Semiconductor LAPIS ML22Q53x 4-Channel Speech Synthesis LSIs (Large Scale Integration) are designed to easily add high-quality voice functionality to virtually any application. The ML22Q53x LSIs integrate internal flash memory and feature SPI and I2C interfaces. The ML22Q53x LSIs also feature HQ-ADPCM compression technology, a 16-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC), and a low-pass filter for achieving high sound quality, along with an integrated 1.0W monaural speaker amp that enables direct speaker drive.

The ROHM Semiconductor ML22Q6x Speech Synthesis LSIs are offered in a TQFP32 package, with a wide -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range.
